Parallel universes did not go beyond being a part of science fiction movies for humanity. However, the findings of a NASA-backed research suggest that evidence of parallel universes may have been found.
Science fiction and real life began to get closer together with advances in technology. Scientists from NASA discovered findings in a study they could present as evidence of parallel universes . The research was conducted by the research group Antarctic Impulsive Transient Antenna (ANITA), which NASA personally supported.
In 2003, NASA funded the research group for $ 35 million to search for ghost particles that filled the universe. In the long-running project, a specially made balloon is used in Antarctic glaciers that detect radiated radio waves when interacting with high-energy neutrinos matter. The research is led by Peter W. Gorham of the University of Hawaii.
The signals ANITA detected in Antarctica may be evidence of the parallel universe

The specially designed balloon would rise for a month and search for high-energy particles from space and scan the Antarctic region. Antarctica was specially chosen due to its cold and dry air without radio noise that would disrupt data. However, after two flights of more than two years, no other data could be obtained from the background noise.
During the third flight of the balloon, scientists decided to reconsider the data from previous flights. But what they discovered in 2016 seemed impossible in theory. The signal seemed to come from underground rather than from space . Findings show that particles travel back in time and may be evidence of the existence of a parallel universe.
NASA's findings point to the existence of a parallel universe

In the study, "explain this signal, ours have been created in the same big bang and existing in parallel with a complex universe requires the existence. In this parallel world, as positive and negative, as the left and right works the opposite way and it is going backwards." statements are included. In addition, the Big Bang theory includes the possibility of one or more parallel universes. This theory points to multiple universes where many universes can be found side by side .
While most people in the world of science are skeptical about the existence or detection of parallel universes because they are beyond the observable horizon, some think that the universe of infinite size may contain infinite parallel universes. The discovery in the Antarctic glaciers could perhaps lead us one step closer to explaining parallel universes.
