AMD Ryzen 4000 Renoir Reveals New Information About Desktop Processors

A new report has emerged about the Ryzen 4000 Renoir desktop processors from AMD, which has won many users with its price / performance products. According to the report, the processors, which will come with 8 cores and 16 threads, will offer a huge power boost.

AMD , the microchip maker that recently announced the Ryzen 4000 series mobile processors , will also increase the power of Ryzen desktop APUs. According to the information in a newly published report, the company will double the existing Ryzen 3000 APUs by including 16 cores as well as 16 threads in the Ryzen 4000 'Renoir' desktop APU, and this will increase power.

The source of these claims comes from Benchmark test results shared by a Twitter user . The published results include an 8-core chip that runs at a basic frequency of 3 GHz and has been upgraded to 3.95 GHz . The said processor is reported to be compared on an ASRock B550 motherboard but will support not only X570 motherboards but also B450 and X470 models.

AMD will deliver a huge performance boost with the Ryzen 4000 series APUs:

It is a known fact that there are at least two Renoir APUs currently being tested, and both are 8-core models. On the other hand, the basic frequency of these processors is claimed to be 3 GHz and 3.5 GHz , while the GPU is claimed to run 1750 MHz hours on both processors .

Assuming all these claims are true, AMD seems to offer a huge boost in power with the Ryzen 4000 series APUs compared to their current models . Moreover, the fact that these new chips have integrated GPUs takes AMD one step ahead of its biggest rival Intel in the desktop market.

In addition, sources claim that AMD will release its new APUs with a price tag below the Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core desktop processor , starting next July. However, it should not be forgotten that these are only claims for now and that they can make changes in the company's price policy.
