It was founded by Samsung firm Lee Byung-Chul in 1938 to sell dried fish, vegetables and fruits to nearby countries. In the following years, the company included products such as flour mills and sugar machines for these purposes. Thus, it expanded its production areas and rolled up its sleeves to invest in the heavy industry industry towards the 70s. Later, the company started to produce personal technologies for the home and started to take technological elements such as color television and personal computer into its portfolio. Today, Samsung continues its production in such different areas that it is possible to see even giant machines of Samsung brand. Samsung, which has a deep-rooted history in the television industry, has been producing television since the 1960s. Samsung's products comprise a significant part of the market in LCD production. The company, which is included in the competition with the production of mobile phones in the telecommunications sector, is in the first place in phone production and phone sales. The main building block of this output in the telecommunications sector is the excessive R&D investment and the regulation of the models according to the user's desire. It is another building block that will not be forgotten to produce high technology devices at affordable prices. In addition, Samsung holds the title of the most patented company after IBM. Samsung launched the Samsung Wave mobile phone in 2010. He used the operating system he produced on this phone, namely “Bada”. With this move, Samsung has also entered the software business. Samsung has also consistently stated that it is keeping the ethical values and general business ethics adopted by the South Korean culture above all else. Samsung's popularity in South Korea is so widespread that even a miniseries about the lives of company employees has been shot. In this study, pioneered by Samsung itself, the issues that many people willing to pursue a career in Samsung company will encounter and what they need to do to reach their goals are mentioned.
