One of the most important features on iPhones is Face ID, which allows you to unlock the screen with your face, and it also helps you unlock some locks you have set yourself. You can unlock your phone just by looking at the screen without pressing anywhere, but this is useless since we wear a mask today. So Face ID will stop making an error. So how do we temporarily turn it off?
How to turn off Face ID?
Here's where to go to turn off Face ID and fine-tune it when it's used:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap Face ID & Password.
3. When prompted, enter your Password.

If you want to disable Face ID only for certain tasks like unlocking your phone or confirming Apple Pay purchases, use the switch at the top of the screen to turn off Face ID for iPhone Unlock. This means your phone never tried to scan your face. Instead, when the screen wakes up on your phone, swipe up and enter your password.
Then turn off Face ID for Apple Pay. This means that you have to tap the Pay with Passcode button on the Apple Pay screen and enter your code to complete the process.
Then you can follow the same way to open it when these things pass.
