FaceTime is not available on Android, there are three alternatives you can use instead of the game.
FaceTime is a video calling platform for iPhone users. However, it is exclusive to the company's ecosystem and is Apple app, so Android users cannot access it. This also means that iOS users cannot use FaceTime to communicate with their friends using Android. Fortunately, there are some great alternative apps that can be used on both platforms. So Android users can have a FaceTime-like experience and everyone can communicate with everyone else.
While these alternatives do not completely recreate the FaceTime experience, they are great video calling apps on their own. We've compiled three of the best FaceTime alternatives below.

WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps in the area and although it is mostly known as text, it also supports voice and video calls.
Partly a great alternative to FaceTime because it already exists in many people. One of the best things about FaceTime is that it comes preinstalled on iOS devices, so while anyone in this ecosystem can communicate, you also need Whatsapp to call your friends using other operating systems.
So, most of these people already have WhatsApp. Beyond that, it is also useful because calls are encrypted and easy to start - just tap the video camera icon in any chat.
If you are concerned about using a lot of data during video calls, WhatsApp also thinks you because it includes the 'Low Data Usage' transition (in Settings> Data and storage usage) that can reduce video quality to reduce data.
WhatsApp is also the only communication app you potentially need, as it's a full featured app for voice and text chats, with groups, cloud backups, GIFs, and more.
Skype

Skype was released before FaceTime and almost all other video calling platforms, so it is in a more advantageous position compared to others and has a large number of users.
The need to log in is not a very useful thing on a phone, instead of just connecting it to your phone number, but for the same reason Skype is a better option on computers and tablets. In fact, Skype works on any platform you want, from Android and iOS to Windows and Mac, and even Linux, Xbox One and beyond.
Once you have an account and add a few friends, you can call them video by pressing a button and Skype supports 24 participants in a single call.
Like WhatsApp, Skype supports voice calls and text chats with all the essential features.
Google Duo

Google Duo is a relatively new attempt by Google to make FaceTime version of Android. Duo keeps things as simple (and video-oriented) as possible. In fact, as soon as you start the app, you see yourself on your phone's camera, then simply tap one of your contacts to make a video call. It uses your phone number, so you don't have to create an account.
Video calls support up to eight participants, and you can even leave video messages. There are also useful features like 'Knock Knock' which allows you to see the live video of the caller before answering.
